GetCost allows you to generate professional invoices quickly and easily. By utilizing timesheets, expenses, and mileages, you can create accurate and detailed invoices for your customers.

Creating the Invoice

You can access the invoice maker directly from a client's information. This allows you to quickly and easily create invoices for a specific client.

To create an invoice from your timesheets, expenses and mileages, you will need to select the appropriate timesheet entries, expenses, and mileages for the client you are invoicing. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to the Timesheets section and select the entries that you want to include in the invoice.
  2. Navigate to the Expenses section and select the expenses that you want to include in the invoice.
  3. Navigate to the Mileages section and select the mileages that you want to include in the invoice.
  4. Once you have selected all of the necessary items for the invoice, click on the Create button.
  5. This will automatically generate an invoice that includes all of the selected timesheet entries, expenses, and mileages.

Sending the Invoice

Once you have created and customized the invoice, you can send it to your client with the regular flow. Simply press or click "Send Invoice" and select the client's email address. You can also download the invoice as a PDF or print it out for your records.
